The Hvar Benedictine sisters make unique lace from agave with their own hands, which earned its place on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage. From a fresh agave leaf they extract threads and then create different forms of lace; tenerife with ripples in the circle and embroidering with a thin net needle.
